The water weight is slowly leaving again. Makes me feel better mentally! Looks like its going to be a good day to get out and walk. Its a little bit brisk but if I put a scarf on, I shouldn't have a problem.
This weekend was horrible for me with the carb cravings. My cravings were specifically sugar and not potatoes or starchy vegetables. I know it will get easier now that TOM is departing. Very interesting how your body can sort of overtake your mind. I kept drinking more water and trying to do things to distract myself with minimal success. I won't be deterred though. Need to focus on the goal!
Next week is my wedding anniversary. I am still trying to think of something special I can do with the hubster.Guess I'll give that a little more thought.
