I've been having a difficult time getting outside to exercise. The weather just isn't cooperating so I've been doing extra time on the stairs and a few exercises from my high school PE days.
TOM isn't helping with the water weight this week but I can feel things shifting around. Outside of the couple spoons of frosting I ate directly from the jar, I've been doing well on cutting out the carbs. I haven't eaten any bread or potatoes in almost two weeks and that hasn't bothered me at all. Apparently, I was having a little frosting deficiency though. I swear I ate the 2 spoons before I actually knew what I did. Has anyone else ever done this? Could aliens have posessed my body? Seriously?
