Weight loss is going well, yesterday it was raining so I decided not to go for my 5 mile walk and hopped on my elliptical and did 45 minutes.. I am enjoying my low carb eating again and sticking to my plan.. definitely not hungry or craving anything....What is annoying is I work out and exercise at least 5 days a week and the other half is losing weight with no exertion whatsoever.. not fair I say!!!

Lol, I hear you! I'm grateful to be down 5 lbs, but in that same time my husband is down 15! We are really enjoying low carb (keto, specifically) as well. It definitely makes it easier doing it with someone. Keep on keeping on!

Good job!!! Working out is good for health. Keeps your muscle mass in tact and improves metabolism so you are gaining something. I don't always enjoy workouts but I do some most days
