Saved by the Bella! -- My hubby & younger son headed off skiing last night & my older son went out with friends, so I found myself home alone for the evening. When what to my wondering eyes should appear, but a container of dark chocolate covered almonds that the hubby bought (& I should have sent with him!). Started craving some, but my Bella Angel was with me & I followed her amazing example & dished out a serving (10), sat down & thoroughly enjoyed them. Then I brushed my teeth, took some deep breaths & found a chic flick to watch. Binge averted, thanks to the great advice of a FS buddy! So happy that I heard the Bella on (the Friday before) Christmas Day:)! (Couldnt resist getting in a few holiday puns!)
Today, after spinning class, I'll be wrapping up my Christmas prep... Literally! And, praying, breathing, logging, posting & feeling another one day, meal, minute, bite & feeling at a time... & following the great examples of my FS friends while enjoying every minute with my family!
