Why can you can 2 lbs in one week, but it takes two to get it off!?!
138.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lots of time there is fluid that causes you to show a gain. It takes longer to lose the bad stuff
