This morning was bummed because the scale was up but feeling pretty good cuz I'm wearing a pair of jeans I haven't been able to wear in over a year. I'm hoping it is water retention from too many carbs (going to try low carb for the next few days and see what happens). I also have on a semi fitted shirt and when I stand my stomach is pretty flat, however when I sit I still have that little pooch. Anyhoo I was making breakfast and I bent over to get something out of the fridge and my four year old daughter started giggling and said it looks like you have a baby in your belly!! What?!? My pooch isn't that big! Is it wrong that I wanted to push her off the counter?

Out of the mouths of babes... I had the same issue with a bit too many bad carbs. It's amazing what a little clean eating can do. Good news is it's FRIDAY!!! Look at your graph! No worries.

I know! Kids say the darndest things right! Went grocery shopping and got a lot of vegetables, meat and fruit! Would like to be lighter before I indulge on Thxgiving :) I will look at that graph, sometimes I just need a reminder that I'm doing ok! Thanks!!
