Back on track! Excercising every day, if only for a little bit and eating about 1600 calories. I was up to 150.6 this week and was waiting to weigh in on Friday just to have an end of the work week weigh in so I could having a treat over the weekend and have the whole week to work in off. I actually have lost an entire pound since Monday when I didn't want to weigh in!
