Well here I am again and while I was away of course I gained about 20 pounds back (like always). The difference this time is i'm not on a fad diet i'm actually eating healthy and hitting the gym 4-5 days a week
170.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
