At 87 years old I’m finally figuring out that you can’t trust resturant food calarie statements. Last 3weeks of lot of resturant food and ballooning up.Back to home prep where I know what the calarie count is.

The harder part about restaurants is they generally serve double the amount of food for a balanced meal. If possible ask for a to go box and put half the meal in it before starting to eat.
