Today I am SUPER grateful for DK! He reminded me in his journal what worked for me and, by golly, it worked! Started chit chatting again and I am UNDER 200 LBS! How cow! I am beyond excited!

Well, bless your heart Jessa! Congratulations on the weight loss! Haha! I really do think there is something to this idle chatter. After all, what's the point of a motivational group, if it isn't to motivate each other? We all have our slumps and corresponding spikes, but we shouldn't be afraid to share them; it lets other know that this is reality - it's a war on fat. The enemy is cunning and knows our weaknesses. There is strength in numbers. :)
