I went and bought : "The Cleaner 7 day" for women. There is one for men. I bought it at Vitamin World. It ths the ultimat body detax and helps remove waste pounds. After I was discouraged with slimfast. I went to vitmin world to get it. I used it years ago and it worked. I forgot about it until I started going through my head about what worked in the past for me. Well I started per the directions in the evening on 10/3/12 and today I am 200.6 and I stil have 5 & 1/2 days to go. I am on my way out to buy the groceries I need for the Bell Fat cure fast track by Jorge Cruise. I will be starting that tomorrow.
