I had a great day today! :)

Went back to finish some work at my old institute. I don't know what's going to happen, anyway, I have some stuff I want to do for myself. My boss is asking me how to do things, usually he does not trust me, but in the end I do them right, so he has to accept my way of working. His way is really weird and out of the schemes, sometimes.

Anyway, it's so nice to be able again to focus on work, to spend time discussing issues with colleagues, joking with them, spending time being busy with something I really like doing.

Then, it seems my life started again to "run fast". A friend called me after lunch and she asked me whether I wanted to attend a ceramic workshop. And I said "Why not?". I used to enjoy spontaneous and improvised (after work) things, so I did again after many years. Then we had a dinner at my place with just what I had in the fridge, and regardless of strict diet I have to follow, it has been a good dinner :)

I really enjoyed the ceramic workshop. I have been to one when I have been living in Amsterdam, but it was kind of hard to socialize, since Dutch people are a bit on their own. Here in Germany it has been much better. I had fun making a bowl and decorating it, talking to people, helping other people to work on their own crafts.
I think I am opening up to the world again, and it's such a nice feeling :)

What else? I am going to dinner by some friends tomorrow night, and I think I will take with me some food I can eat (otherwise I might feel sick, since I am sure there's going to be pasta, it's all Italian ppl being invited).
So I started to enjoy this little town and living in Germany. It feels so familiar that I missed it when I was in Italy (which is my home country).

Things I am thankful for:
-ceramic workshop
-improvised dinner with a friend
-feeling happy for no reason
-feeling bettere cause of new diet
-being able to focus on work again
-enjoying life again
