So I always thought I drank more than enough water daily because I tend to drink 72+ oz. But the calculators I am seeing now, with my wait I should be drinking over 100 WOW! I will have to get on that. Some days might be hard but most days I just stop tracking after three of my water bottles which is 72 so I am going to try and up myself to 120.
One formula said half my weight in lbs and that is how many oz which would be 127. Another source said you can get up to 20% from healthy eating which I do SOMETIMES...so maybe I should just up it to 100 and see what happens.

There is no set amount of water consumption. You need to drink what is good for you. Some people need more others less. Listen to your body. Too much water can be a bad thing too. summer time you may need more if you are outside and active. Find your own balance. If you get 8 cups liquids/water a day, you are doing pretty good (not including water for the heat outside).

Hope you get the water levels figured out. I think Suzi161 had some good points. Have a great rest of the weekend!
