I was so tired this morning when I went on my morning walk that I had to give up and come home. I couldn't remember whether I had taken Advil, which can make a difference for me. And I didn't drink any caffeine, which I usually do. I know when I eat less than a certain number of calories I can feel more tired the next morning when trying to exercise.
So I bailed out, went home and went back to bed. Getting up again just before noon, I found myself so hungry I wasn't able to wait until the meal was cooked. I ended up eating a lot more than I intended. Perhaps I will be less hungry tonight. Perhaps I should increase my intake by 100 calories a day to prevent this.
