Lunch was a mistake.
I decided it had been so long since I had eaten dessert, that I wanted some chocolate mousse and was going to have it. I had made chocolate mousse and divided up the lot carefully into 6 glasses. I whipped some cream, put it on, and enjoyed. But it gave me the runs. I guess the fat was too much for me to tolerate on an empty stomach. Not so enjoyable, waste of good chocolate. I wonder if there's any way to save it. Too bad. I guess I'll be more motivated to eat meat, vegetables, and fruit from now on.
