I'm ready to make some major changes! Tomorrow starts another Lose to Win Challenge at our local hospital and my husband is doing it with our team this time. I'm so excited for us to be doing this together! Our goal is to get our family eating healthy and exercising and to get ourselves in shape! It will be nice to have support at home and some friendly competition! Our first challenge is that we are going to only weigh at the hospital (we weigh every other week). This will be huge for me, I will finally break my OCD addiction to standing on the scale. I let that number determine my day way too many times and I want this to be about getting healthly and feeling better and not so much about that number and if the scale is gone, I won't worry about what it is saying :)
