The biggest nutrition we are ALL missing: is B vitamins! They don't store in our body like most vitamins do, they are hard to get enough of in our busy busy stressful life bombarded with Noise, ads, noise and more ads, phone calls, advertising, and Noise. They are the anti Stress vitamin also. NO, you can not get B vitamins from PILLS. They don't work. Why? B vitamins have 64 vitamins in the complex. ALL are needed in a reasonable balance for them to work properly, Best sources of B vitamins is Nutritional Yeast, and NO it WILL not aggravate yeast infections, but instead will help heal them. Now, B vitamin PILLS have MASSIVE amounts of the few that we KNOW what they do: niacin B2, etc. and they put a little bitty amount of something to claim that they have the COMPLETE complex. Guess what that is? Nutritional Yeast. However that makes these pills so imbalanced that they can actually do more harm than good. Nutritional Yeast, Liver and organic green vegetables have B vitamins in them. In that order.
Doctors USED to check your tongue. Do they do that now? Not that I've seen. The tongue shows vitamin B deficiency. It needs to look like a babys tongue: light pink. Not coated, not purple, not smooth...
B vitamins are the AMMUNITION for our immune system. We need it every single day to maintain or recover health from stress, illness, even depression.
I KNOW this from experience, learned it from many books written by Nutritionists and some doctors who studied nutrition, MOST DO NOT.
