Uck. I said I ate well. I should be about 20pts for WW, but just added them up...I didn't realize Applebee's Oriental Chicken Rollup was so horrible! Anyway, so total points is about 24 for the day, which isn't great, but I didn't snack on junk either! Also, my calories is right around where it should be, so that's a plus.
Tomorrow is a new day!
