DAY 5 I lost .5 and I couldn't be happier - A loss is a loss and I'll take it! At the rate I'm going I'll be at my goal in two weeks it says (a week shy of my unrealistic first goal)... I have blisters on both my toes and I'm drinking this gross greens in the morning - I missed the gym yesterday - but today is my off day so I'm gonna go so I don't get behind... I want as much progress as possible. Losses are so motivating! The sleeping thing is getting me down - I find I have so much more energy I don't want to nap... but I am tired. Hmmm have to practice going to bed at a more regimented time - with more of a routine. I'm still doing it! SO PROUD


- Well I went to the gym - and I stayed within my RDI. Drank a ton of water - I think I did everything right - The scale will tell tomo morn!
