Well I didn't make it to the gym yesterday, naturally. And woke up with a headache today. It's gone now, which is great, but I have to drive in to Columbia (hour+) for work. So I plan on working all day and hopefully I'll get to the Y when I get home. I'm going to try my hardest!
I've also started keeping track of my points again, so hopefully that'll help a lot. I purchased Jillian Michael's book Making the Cut the other day - has anyone else tried her regimen?
Off to get ready, I'm already running late.
