Went to the gym this morning as planned. I set the alarm and got up early, so I could go before I needed to work today. I am craving carbs today and working at home, so I think I will go cut up some celery to munch on while working. Maybe that way, I won't want to keep grabbing hawaiian rolls. :)

Hey - good luck with the half marathon tomorrow! I bet you can walk a 15 minute mile (or less) so 13 miles in three hours is possible!
