Yup - working hard this week to increase my proteins, slightly reduce my carbs and workout hard with weights and cardio! I want ONEderland! I want ONEderland!

ONEderland? ;) You are doing great! Keep up the amazing work! I guess that spike day was a good idea for the metabolism. PS- I just got into making protein shakes (protein powder, soy milk, strawberries and bananas). Since you are avoiding carbs maybe a peanut butter and banana shake? It tastes like ice cream and has so much protein!

I have been doing whey protein shakes in the morning after workout, and sometimes at night, too. Today I had one as breakfast. Lots of good protein!
