My lovely sister is on site and is my buddy. I hope we can motivate and inspire each other to stay on course. I have not lost any weight and feel I must be in denial about my regimen and diet. I look at the numbers and on paper I should be losing weight. It is rather embarrassing to turn up for weigh-in and have the same number week after week. Last week I insisted on trying three different scales at the gym just to make sure. Bloody hell!


I want to do the master cleanse and keep putting it off for one reason or another-it all boils down to a lack of will power and fear of being without my major coping strategy-eating! Ask any therapist-trying to have a patient desist from self destructive behaviors without a suitable and trusted replacement is futile and may exacerbate the situation! What is my suitable replacement? Have to work on that, won't we?
