gak sarapan
pake jendela makan aja jam 10 pagi - 3 sore sisanya komitmen gak makan, coba berapa kilo yg turun yaa

buruk banget kak. sarapan itu the most important meal of the day dab gak boleh di skip. bisa bisa 'nggliyeng' ntar. karna setiap bangun tubuh butuh recovery lewat minum sama makan.

sy ocd tapi gagal mulu ganti DK diet keseimbangan, yg gak tau DK bisa lihat di fb

iya nih senin-kamis turun 1kg lumayan lah sarapan cuma minum kopi gula, paling kalau lapar makan roti gandum, makan siang bebas, sy makan padang rendang es jeruk, malam gak makan tetep turun 1/2kg sehari kalau sore nya meskipun nyemil ringan aja bertahan tuh bb, kalau gak makan blass dari jam 2 siang smpe besok pagi bener-bener turun 1/2 kg. Ini kira2 pengalaman saya
