Ok, after having many food allergies and an excess in Physical issues, I've decided maybe I need to try a more simple plan. No physical need for processed foods or foods that encourage cravings ( starches and grains). Hopefully, this will help me feel better and curb those nasties.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 June 2012:
