I've been really bad since Wednesday. I have had a horrible week, and right back to chips and Dr. Peppers I went. Wednesday morning, my car broke down while I was at a patients house (embarrassing and inconvenient), and nothing seemed to go right after that. I was late and clumsy and awkward all day. Kids have been acting up, and so they're grounded this week. Which makes them pout and me frustrated. Part of their punishment is to clean the house today, so I'm going to lock myself in the den and work out for a few hours to try and get back on track. There are no Dr. Peppers in the house, and with my car in the shop, no chance of getting one, so I should be good today! :) Wish me luck!
