ok time for my weekly weight average. Figuring from 3/28 through 4/3 average weight is 171.43, which is so-so, but at least I'm kind of going down, creeping again but I will stay with it.

ADDED: Along with my weekly weight average entry I'm going to briefly write about how I've felt during the week also. I have a problem with my left shoulder/collar bone but besides that I feel SUPER! I don't feel slugish, weighed down, haven't had a headache in awhile (use to have those every couple days). I sleep good and wake up refreshed and not dreading the day (except for work lol). This morning I thought about what went through my mind yesterday evening; after a week of stress at work and in my personal life I had thoughts of going out to drink and eat or at least get some drink and food and bring home and drink and eat myself out of.....? What? It wouldn't change the stress, it would just put a temporary 'blanket' over it, like what would have happened if I did give in to the temptation last night, this morning I would not have woke up refreshed and would have put the covers over my head to try to escape awhile longer. Thankfully I thought this through and resisted. This morning I woke up early and went to the store for items I needed, in the past I would have picked up 'treats' especially this time of year with so much Easter candy & 'goodies' all over the store, but instead this morning I looked at the candy and said in my mind, "no" "no" each time I saw anything that was not on my plan. I think just my mentally taking a stand made a difference and I had to smile at myself for doing something so simple to help me avoid something that was so challenging to me in the past. This may be a constant battle, but I think as long as I keep the awareness up it will be a victory!
