I'm so frustrated. I'm completely stalled and not showing any loss at all. I am staying well below my recommended calorie intake. While I can't excercise because of a bruised heel that I need to stay off of, I lost 58lbs. the last time I did exactly the same thing I'm doing now with just diet.

Do some upper body exercises. Look on amazon for some workouts. Find a pool and so some water aerobics. Tweak your diet by making sure your getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Sometimes it's about WHAT we are eating and not just HOW MUCH. Processed foods contain tons of sodium and can make some people retain water.Natural food help us lose better. Protein and high fiber foods tend to help us lose the best. Every time you diet, it's a new experience.

Thanks Suzi for the advice. I do mostly avoid processed foods but I think it's the popcorn seasoning that's stalling me so I'm going to lay off of that and see if it helps.
