Doing well today. I guess I need to allow myself the occasional day off without feeling upset with myself. Did a lot of yard work this morning, trimming Mediterranean palms, weeding, etc., and know I burned some calories doing it. But I thought if I didn't work out again, it would be two days in a row and probably not a good thing for me. So I just finished. Did the Bootcamp workout DVD, I think two of the levels, and then I did the cardio level one and the yoga cool down. That was almost 450 calories there.

Gonna shower and clean the house a bit. Then plan for a nice hike for the weekend. Thank God for weekends!

Oh, and I didn't actually weigh in this morning. I was trying to play around with my starting weight, still trying to change that to reflect the true starting point of this whole journey, but somehow managed to make it said I weighed in this morning. Oh well, no biggy.

Wow you did awesome!! That's great exercise (gardening) and on top of that, you worked out too! That's dedication. I'm so sorry you can't get the start weight to work, hopefully they'll fix that glitch soon cause you're not the only person I've heard have issues (myself included, like I said before). Well I hope we both have nice weekends weather wise!! I'd like to hike as well, so I hope you have a great time, and if I can't go hiking, I'll be thinking about you, so... I'll be vicariously hiking, hahah. :) Talk to you soon and keep up your AWESOME efforts!! They are inspiring!
