For once my scale was my friend this morning lol. Though I haven't "changed" since the last time I weighed in, I am bloated, and weighed myself after I was dressed and ate a filling breakfast. Typically if I did that, my scale would read about 3-5lbs more than it would just jumping out of bed. I might actually see a decent result on Monday! *Fingers crossed*
