im not sure if i can wake up every morning and work out my heart is set on losing weight but my mind controlls my body just think its a waste of time some times i just hope i can do this

Working out is a habit. It takes 3 or more weeks to build a habit. I know people who swore they could never get up early and exercise. Now if they miss it they feel awful, lol! Be a NIKE commercial and JUST DO IT! Your heart, health and body will thank you for it.

LOL>... I agree with you crys11235!! I am supposed to be using the elip machine in the sun-porch before work, but how can I when it is filled w/plants to plant!! And it also works out that I can sleep longer; well since the plants are't planted yet!! But I do have to get my butt out of bed and start doing that along w/riding my bike to work....soooooooooooo.... must get up. Dang it.

thanks im trying every day.....just hard when i gotta run around after a two year old all day then a 5 year old after 3 lol but im learning to make time for me i put this off for way too long time for a better me.:)

Try setting up a routine. Before I got pregnant I was very diligent- woke up at 4:30 AM every morning and worked out from 5-6 at the gym. It was part of my schedule... was just how it was. Now that we have the triplets I was able to work out after their 9 AM feeding since my two boys napped. But then my daughter came home from the hospital and she needs a lot of one-on-one TLC, so I go to the gym at 7 PM when my husband gets home from work. We have an agreement that that is my time. Just preplan and literally write it into your schedule!
