5/14/12 - This is where it gets hard. I got down to 198 lbs - my body is there but my mind is not. My thoughts turn to food, food, and more food. How do I stop the carb cravings? I am always going to find myself busy and involved, so I cannot use that as an excuse. I must find a way to blend my socialism and thought of foods into a healthier relationship. I do not always control what is out on the table, and if I am to follow my own journey then how do I incorporate my daily plan into these functions?

I have the next three weeks to get through - Plan, plan, plan:
5/19 RM/AH - Communion 9am - 5pm (breakfast, morning snack, and lunch control)
5/20 LITH - Confirmation 9am - 8pm (All meals/snacks)
5/23 IL-VA by car (pack foods for this day)
5/24 VA - Staying w/relatives (eat small portions (sP))
5/25 VA-MD by car ???Wedding reception??? (eat sP)
5/26 MD - Wedding (pack snacks, eat sP)
5/27 MD-PA by car, staying w/relatives (eat sP)
5/28 Eat sP
5/29 Eat sP, shop/pack foods for traveling home
5/30 PA-IL (pack foods for this day)
5/31 Home - Rest (maybe plan a detox day?)/Brad's graduation
6/01 Jhsbg - Ryan's graduation
6/02 LITH- Zach's graduation (eat sP), VA company arriving for Austin's graduation
6/03 Home - Austin's Graduation
6/04 Schmbg - Shane's graduation

If I plan ahead I won't stray too far - I need to incorporate some sort of a "safety line" to reel me back in when I am getting too far off track.

#1 - Mindset ... change my relationship with how/why I think about food. Meditate on this today.

Love who you are ...
Trust yourself ...
Believe you can follow through on the Love and Trust
