232 is close. I want to ramp up this week. Wk1 was 11/11.5 lbs. Wk2 was 2/2.5 lbs. I want to at least double last wks results. I want to pass my goal this coming week.

Greetings: May I make a suggestion? Be sure to limit sodium daily to around 2500, increase the fiber daily to 25+, and drink 120 ounces of water per day. These three things will help you drop weight more easily I bet! Good Luck - you are so close!
