Went for another long walk with Mom today. I think she's wanting to add too much too soon, at least for me, but I keep trudging along. No pain, no gain, right? The guys wanted to skip the cardio tonight, and I let them. Pizza was my downfall today, food wise. Who knew one slice could have so much bad stuff in it? I knew it wasn't great for you, but holy batflaps, Gramma!
