My First Day of real honest to God exercise... someone shoot me now. I'm not going to be able to walk in the morning. I walked 2 miles at different inclines and speeds on my treadmill, did all the workouts on a Beach Body DVD I found, did 45 minutes on my daughters DDR Max (does that count?), walked all around Wal-Mart (even the automotive section)and did some yoga. I'm dying.....

GOOD JOB! i know it sucks to exercise, but soon you'll be feeling the "good burn", not the "i would like to kill myself burn" and you'll be greatly rewarded on the scale! keep up the good work girl!

Good grief, that's a lot! I did some yesterday and starting this afternoon I noticed my calves were really hurting. Oh well, at least we know it's working!

Actually don't feel bad this morning. Abs are a little sore, and the tops of my thighs, but overall okay :)
