mrsmadhoun's Journal, 17 March 2010

Grrr, argh. I managed to mess up my diet calendar and reset my diet by mistake. Dang it dang it dang it. I don't want to start a new account, though, so I'll just have to live with it.
Anyway, today the diet went better than yesterday. Still had my Chocolate Cheerios (whole grain should always taste that good) and milk for breakfast, a light snack of Wyler's Fruit Snacks around lunchtime, and a sandwich for dinner.
Exercise is something I took a break on today because I had to go to training for the group home most of the day. I'll get back on that tomorrow.

Actually, I think you can enter past weights and have them count on your current diet (even though you have already entered them). For instance, try entering yesterday's weight (in record past weights). For me, it added it to my current diet, and effectively starting it on that day instead of today. Not sure it will work for you, but worth a shot, right?

David, that's what I was doing when I messed everything up. Thanks for the advice, though. :) I'm just too doofy to get it right, I guess. Ha!

Ahh don't beat yourself up about it. Your just starting anyway - and I certainly don't want you to start a new account cause ya botched a couple silly ole numbers! Keep up on the exercise! Once you get past the first 3 weeks you'll actually find yourself looking forward to it because it releases a LOT of stress. This goes double if it's something you enjoy doing. For example I play Dance Dance Revolution Disney with my son - on those days I can get over an hour easily and not realize I was even exercising. Or belly dancing;D No gym needed!
