Diet day two has progressed fairly well. Ate light for breakfast initially, but had a bit of a setback at the yarn shop when I went next door to get a bite to eat. Wound up with a muffin, which was not the best choice. Luckily, I worked it all off and then some resetting the store. (I never knew displays and freezers could be so heavy.) Lunch and dinner were both tuna, 'cause I was just in a tuna mood. So far, the waist trimmer belt has been a good investment. I don't know if it's trimming anything from the waist per se, but it's helping my back tremendously. I guess the compression is keeping things in line, so that was definitely a good purchase. I'm taking the Mega-T per dierections, and so far no adverse effects. Don't know if it's helping, but it's not hurting so I'll keep on it for now.
