I've been away, kind of down, kind of not sure what diet or woe to go with. Just seems like things aren't working the way I was hoping. Guess things will turn around eventually. I might go back to the cabbage soup diet for a little bit.

Hi Friend! I will not tell you what type of diet to try because it's so awesome, yada, yada, yada. I want to suggest that you get some direct sun. Or supplement with vitamin D3. I have been supplementing with D3 recently and it is making a world of difference in my life. I have a lot riding on my shoulders in my life and the struggle is real. I offer my hand to you to lift you up from this place you are and I want you to know, you are not alone. Check my journals for a post of mine a short time ago. This funk is temporary. After you get your head clear, you will plan your work and work your plan. You can do it. Get better.

Awe keep hugging those beautiful dogs! I've don't the cabbage soup, the fat flush soup, the keto, the carbless and so forth. The best thing for me which may not be for you but makes scientific number sense is to keep your calorie intake below the amount you need to slowly lose weight. Oh and the exercise is a bonus net calorie counter. Like Ches says this is just temporary.

Just wanted to send some love! What one nice thing could you for yourself today… Not necessarily related to losing weight. It’s in loving ourselves that we get motivated to take care of ourselves. I like the comment of remembering this is only a temporary situation… That’ll be my Takeaway!

Good advice about vitamin D 3 and you might also want to research vitamin B.

Keto helped me find focus and has totally changed the way I think about food and nutrition. Dr. Berg explains the biological chemistry of it all in an easy to understand way. Others have suggested vitamin B and D. They are correct. The “mind” plays tricks....but it could really be insulin and lack of certain vitamins. Best Wishes to you! Took me many years to find a permanent solution and to be happy about it.

I do the cabbage soup diet myself and I'm diggin' it. I eat all I want anytime I want which is great for a glutton like me! But when I'm feeling down or pensive I take a long walk, WITHOUT HEADPHONES, and somehow most if not all the negative gets left on the trail. Maybe for you?

I find I have success when I increase my exercise and water. When I exercise more I tend to eat better. I still have a treat (ice cream or small piece of candy) but I remind myself I did aerobics or went for a walk and do not want that effort to be sabotaged.

they have all give good advice....so let me say.......First of all JMA ..you are the most important thing in your life..and sis,,,you can do this.... I do not know about the cabbage diet, but I do eat a lot of it in many different ways..I am 74 was huge all my life till I finally got my head around the fact that... what I call REGULAR FOODS..IS KILLING ME.and it was.blood pressure was stroke level.. .. I got up to 358 pounds..I set here today at 143 pounds, so I know it can be done, and with no pains either,when you get all the carbs used up in your body.. you are never hungry.. I get to needing to eat... if I get busy I do forget at times.. never did that b/4.... but never my tummy growling..and if I did ..shoot I would pull out a hard egg and enjoy it.or a choc fat bomb... ......... I have lived low carb for many years now and love it...I have energy most my age don't even think about...I love to fix my foods in a low carb way so I can enjoy it to the fullest...and you can to... is there a way you can email me so I can be your buddy.. we all need one.. and I sure will be happy to be yours... have a blessed day.. stay warm.. looks like Atlanta is going to get some Snow/Winter mix.. I have to run in early to see my cancer DR and will get my me back home... and can up the chicken soup I have started.. must debone the 2 huge chickens.. and get the canners set up... this will be so good..so till later.. sending some hugs your way.....YOU CAN DO THIS... AND YOU WILL FEEL SO MUCH BETTER soon as you get all the crap out of your body..drink drink that water... 2=3 quarts a day not just sips DRINK.. this is on top of all my coffee and Iced tea.................. till later my dear....
