4/26/12 - I think my cooking is getting more creative now. I really enjoyed making the Tuna Crab Patties, and they make a great meal alone with spinach on the side or a patty on a healthy slice of whole wheat/grain bread.

My carb count on the Diet Calendar has the largest chunk in the pie, so I will have to experiment some to see how I can get more protein into my diet and less carb without jepordizing my meatless (fish okay) journey. Of course, seeing the pounds drop off will be the judge of what works and what does not.

Diet Calendar Entries for 26 April 2012:
1550 kcal Fat: 56.22g | Prot: 80.66g | Carb: 191.14g.   Breakfast: sunflower seed, milk, currants, oatmeal. Lunch: american cheese,  brownberry multigrain bread, cranberry mustard, carrot, celery, Tuna Crab Patty. Dinner: Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Meatless Taco or Tostada Salad with Cheese in Fried Flour Tortilla. Snacks/Other: mini kit kat, Milk (Nonfat, Dry, Instant), Pitted Dried Plums, greek gods yogurt, green tea. more...
