Just quick Hi, In college, Tonights my weigh-in night in my group. I've really stuck to everything I promised myself. No eating after 9pm, no un-written down snacks, but to be honest I rarely snack anymore, I've been very active, my weekends were always sitting at home catching up on housework, and then not been vigirous about it, this weekend I walked miles and hours and even walked 4 miles to a cinema with my pal on sunday, went to see Leap Year, very funny, and I'm not easily amused at films.

So hopefully I'm down another few lbs. Saying that I've been really struggling about losing 2 lb a week, I know in my heart this is a proper healthy way to lose it, but with all the effort and the amount of exercise and my body mass, I'm still disapointed in my head. BUT I'm getting there. We have another 4 weeks of weigh-ins for my group, then we start another 12 week "term" of classes. The 12 week "term" is really working for me, it does not seem ever-ending like othe clubs I've joined, who have said "This time next year you will be so much slimmer" that to me is to far away. Ah well, If I get a loan of a laptop tonoght, I'll record my weight.

Hope all as good out there for my buddies, will try read and catch up with ye in next few days, worse thing about a broken laptop, you feel so cut away from people.


After recording my weight loss, it came up as if I'm losing to fast, but I'm weight in on a Tuesday and could not record my last weeks weight till last Friday, so thats 10 lb in 2 weeks, so thats ok, considering my body mass and how much exercise and proper food choices I'm making.
