I totally quit following any particular plan. I started running 1.5-4 miles a day. I added back in weight training and T-Tapp. I really only lost another pound but I lost 4% bodyfat and I am SO happy with my body right now. I am not even concerned about my weight when things look like they do.

I have to get in shape since I am getting my boobs back after losing them to my girls after breastfeeding them both! It's my Christmas present! I have to make sure my butt are ready for the additions of my perfect dream boobs! LOL!


I hope everyone is eating well and getting the body they want!!!

135.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Good luck! Once I get to my perfect "dream" body, I want a boob job, too. I figure after breastfeeding FOUR kids (my oldest for 2 years, second for 1 year, third for 4 months, and just weaned my fourth, who is 2 yrs old!)I deserve it! My problem is that I'm quite BUSTY no matter how skinny I get... I just want them kind of, umm... lifted and "refilled" lol. Too bad they can't just REPLACE them altogether! ;)

you are my hero! i breastfed my oldest for about 2 years and never met anyone else who did that! but you did many! you deserve whatever you want and you can tell dear husband i said that!
