I'm not going to do an official weigh in until my one week reminder comes up- I'm about half way there today. However, I have been peaking at the scale in the morning just to get an idea of what my weight is like. I am glad that it hasn't shot up several pounds (my eating this week hasn't been good), instead it's still at the same level somewhere between 169.5 and 171 lb. So again it seems like I am maintaining, which is better than gaining, but it also means that I am not making progress towards my goal.

I have too much time on my hands and idleness is one of the triggers for me to want to eat. :-/ At least I've had one day this week where I did well and stayed under my RDI, that's better than most weeks these last several months. *sigh*
