OMG, I feel so sluggish and tired. The past couple of days I've eaten nothing but crap and now I'm paying for it. My "clean" diet of mostly plant based foods and avoiding processed foods has been really good for me. However, yesterday I didn't eat enought veggies, skipped lunch and ate at a Chinese buffet (YUCK!) for dinner. Tonight hubby took me out for Valentine's and I was trying to not be boring by ordering fish so I opted for the eggplant parm instead. Big mistakes, I'm not sure if veggies count if they are battered, fried and smothered with cheese and sauce. EWW!

Nevertheless, I must recover and move on. I've learned my lesson, I need to only eat foods that love me back!
