Today was pretty good. Started at 4:45am and kept the momentum going. I'm on day two of getting back on the wagon. I stayed within 93% of my caloric goal. I did have two snickers this evening; however, I was able to fit in to my goals for the day.

Downside: I have my "woman blues" coming on and the bloating plays games with your mental---so bad...lol!
