goooooooood mornin everyone...even though it was only in the 30s yesterday most of the 2-3 inches we got the other day is mostly melted from the sun shinnin the last 2 days...but more is comin they say...as little as an inch up to six..winter storm blowin thru tonight into tomow...wait an see game...i let myslf down yesterday by eating some frozen chicken pattys loaded with processed salt...today im payin for it on the scales...so be a water water water day...didnt exercise again yesterday either...been 3 days since i was on bike to no where...not sure really why i havent been gettin any exercise..just so easy to say no to it...but todays a new day to get bck into the habit again...an everyday struggle with it all...guess i keep thinkin if we get any snow, then i will burn all them calories that i have been taking in...i need a snow like amy got to really burn it off...guess i better be quiet...we might get it tomow..lol..well need to get my butt up an make the bed...then head to the kitchen get the boiled eggs out an shell em...get this day started once again...have a great day everyone...

MINI GOALS THAT I DO MY BEST TO FOCUS ON EACH DAY !!!!

1. I AM FIRST !!!!!

2. THINK POSITIVE, AND BELIEVE IN MYSELF !!!!!

3. GET IN THE RIGHT FRAME OF MIND !!!!!

4. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AT THE NEXT MEAL !!!!

5. VISUALIZE MYSELF AT MY GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS ME TO REACH MY GOAL EASIER !!!!!

6. FOOD IS NOT A REWARD !!!!...ITS NOURISHMENT !!!

7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS I GET OUTTA BED !!!!

8. EAT MY HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!

9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!

10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!

11. REMEMBER...IF IT WAS EASY TO SHED THE WEIGHT, THEN THERE WOULDNT BE SO MANY PEOPLE TRYING TO PROFIT FROM TELLING ME HOW...

12. WATER!!! HELPS TO FLUSH OUT THE TOXINS !!!!!

13. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!

14. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

15. SET MINI WEIGHT LOSS GOALS I CAN REACH!!!

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST....

16. DO THE BEST I CAN DO EVERYDAY...I'M ONLY IN COMPETION WITH MYSELF !!!!!!

Hey twin, get on that bike today! That's an order! :) It's harder to start back up the more days you take off - I know from experience. We're getting more snow tomorrow into wednesday - I have no idea where we'll put any more! Have a great day!
