Well it's tuesday.. once again I am at work and determined to make it a good day.
I was suppose to start my exercise routine this week but have been too lazy to really start anything. I have however been working on increasing my walking speed in the morning. Currently I have dropped 5 minutes off my time. Not too bad really.
The other thing that is in the beginning stages is to increase my variety of foods that I eat. This was inspired by the baking/cooking that I did on Sunday. The other thing that I am doing is cooking extra everynight for dinner so that I have something to take for lunch the following day. All premeasured and just needing to be warmed up.
The only complication that I have been dealing with is that due to my recent illness my taste buds have not been as keen as they were. Which simply means adding more seasoning to my food. ** good thing I picked up lots of spices at the bulk barn ** Other then that several aspects of my life have improved greatly. For that I am very grateful.
Now as long as I can remain positive, continue to stay within my RDI and actually start an at home exercise routine things will run smoothly.
