It's Sunday morning and once again it's nice and bright out. Definitely helps the mood although I will not be going anywhere until all my "house" tasks are done. Incentive really to just get everything done.
Anyways yesterday was a busy day of running errands and picking up supplies for the big bake/cooking planned for today. Who knew that shopping was really like an exercise class. Well that is what it made me think of. Bending, stretching, walking,
Carrying heavy bags and the occasional pushing when people refused to get out of the way. So yeah a workout, but a fun one. Then when I finally got home had company show up so there went everything I had planned for the evening. Which in all honesty was quite okay by me. The only down fall was that I ended up staying up way too late, so a bit on the tired side this morning.
Now today as I mentioned above is "house tasks" and my weigh in day. I certainly hope that changing my RDI shows on the scale, but I will just have to wait and see.
Okay time to get this day started!
