I had a really really bad day yesterday :( I ate entirely too much because we went out to dinner and the food/wine was fantastic. When I hopped on the scale today, it showed me gaining so now I have to work extra hard to get down a couple pounds this week. Our vacation is a short 8 weeks away and I need to drop a couple of inches and tone up my body so I'm not completely self-conscious to get into a bikini :( Hoping I will find the time to exercise more than usual.
Goal: no drinks other than water. calories per day under 1500, or a calorie deficit of at least 1,000/day
Motivation: vacation/bikini
