I guess those 3 pieces of candies and 12 girl scout cookies cause me to gain another .2 pounds. Also the roll and chicken noodle soup. I must find foods that help with weight loss not gain.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Michelina's Lean frozen dinners are good..most are 7-8 points and the points value is right on the box. They tend to be a little cheaper than ohter frozen dinners. My local grocery store has them on sale for $1.00 this week....my freezer is packed.

I didnt know anyone besides Smart ones and Healthy choice put points on the box. Thanks for that info!!! Have you tried the smart ones deserts? I LOVE the chocolate chip cookie dough, I eat one almost every night! They are only 3 points, and very satisfying. But I have to say, .2 pounds for 12 girl scout cookies is ALMOST worth it! LOL
