goooood tuesday afternoon...storms this morning...64 this morning..but storms was passing thru..its now 40 an not sure what it is with the wind chill..but no more 60 degree weather for a few days/weeks...today was store day and decided to just go ahead an do wally world while i was at it..got all of that done before lunch...now nothing to do...lol...but will find something to keep busy...to windy to get outside an get any exercise...might be a nap in my future...not really sure right now..

Hey loosin...it is windy here as well..but I got my 10 trips out and back on the driveway...I had a tail wind going out and a head wind coming back..whew..and then it sprinkled on me just a little..won't be able to walk the driveway for a few days...just have to use the stand by treadmill...but thats OK...I've been doing the treadmill a long time now...Glad you got your shopping out of the way..enjoy your evening....:O)

Great that you got your shopping in...that can be exercise too! We are supposed to have rain tomorrow and colder. I'll be at work and busy so I probably won't notice unless I have to drive in it ... ;-) hope you were lucky enough to get that nap in!

thanks bren, big orr, an jav...yeah was nice to do all the shoppin in one day and not in 2...i find it really hard to stay motivated in the colder months...thats why when the weather gives me a decent day to get a morning walk in i make the best of it...and along with eating consistently that helps as well...
